Miley surprised students at George Mason University by hitting up dorms, knocking on doors and encouraging the kids to vote for Hillary. The video is kinda nuts ... and not only because Miles was rocking a ribbon only SHE could pull off.
But watch her exit from the dorm ... it was some seriously Secret Service-ish.
