Iggy's gone ... but there's a new NEW chick roaming around Nick Young's L.A. mansion -- his new GF Paloma Ford ... who just shot her music video at the NBA stars pad and it's HOT!!!!

The video is for Ford's new song "Wet" -- in which she strips down to her bathing suit and makes good use of Nick's awesome pool.

Nick and Paloma have only been dating for about a month -- but they've already kissed in public and now he's letting her use his mansion.
