Frances Bean Cobain is going to fork over nearly $50k in emergency relief to her estranged husband until the dust settles in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.
A judge signed off on an agreement for Frances to pay Isaiah Silva $12,000 a month for the next 4 months. The dough is temporary spousal support to carry him over until they wrap up the divorce battle. According to the docs, Frances and Isaiah are going to mediation during the 4 month period.
Frances will also have to pay $15k toward his attorney fees. For Isaiah's part, he was ordered out of their house 10 days ago.
The exes were married less than 2 years. As we previously reported ... he's aiming for $25k per month when it's all said and done. Mediation should be interesting.
