Howard Dean punched below the belt Monday night, tweeting, "Notice Trump sniffing all the time. Coke user?"

Dean, the 2004 failed Presidential candidate, made the comment mid-debate.

Trump famously abstains from alcohol and drugs, in part because his older brother was an alcoholic who drank himself to death.
