Lindsay was out in London Wednesday where she was sporting the emerald rock Egor gave her. She hasn't been seen with him since she fled England in July on the heels of their blowout fight.
And remember ... Lindsay had ditched the ring for another one just a couple weeks ago.
Maybe she misses Egor -- but what's more likely ... she ain't ready to give up that bling.
