The 'Real Housewives' star plunked down $960k for the home just outside Atlanta ... after selling the home she shared with estranged husband Peter Thomas.

The 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is the perfect hideaway, tucked away on a lake with its own dock ... surrounded by forest.
