Macklemore's right hand man, Ryan Lewis, is so far beyond their thrift shop days ... he's looking to pull off the real estate deal of a lifetime with his waterfront crib.
The DJ/producer just put his Seattle mansion on the market for $9.45 million -- just a tick higher than the $3.3 mil he paid in 2014.
There's a lotta house to go with that price tag -- 7,610 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.75 baths with all the bells and whistles: panoramic view of Puget Sound, private home theater, gold leaf ceilings and customized whiskey bar.
