Actor Esai Morales is going against the grain in the Latino community -- admitting he's giving serious thought to voting for Donald Trump.
The "La Bamba" and "NYPD Blue" star recently played a Latino U.S. prez for the HBO show, "The Brink" ... but seems shaky on when that could happen in real-life. As for whether Donald Trump can dig himself out of the hole with Hispanic voters -- Esai thinks it's possible. Although, his reasoning might be a little controversial.
Watch the clip -- Esai says the Donald's already won him over on one issue, and he's at least willing to listen on others.
