Aaron Rodgers' family drama is now front and center on the 'Bachelorette' -- and even JoJo Fletcher is pleading for the NFL superstar to reconcile with his brother.

Aaron's bro, Jordan, brought JoJo back to Chico for his hometown date on Monday night's episode -- and things got dramatic when there were two empty chairs at the family dinner table ... presumably for Aaron and his GF, Olivia Munn.

JoJo explained that Aaron has cut off his relationship with his family for the last 1 or 2 years -- and Jordan got flustered when she asked him to explain why.

It's still unclear exactly what went wrong ... but the family made it seem that the ball is in Aaron's court -- and implied that fame got to his head.
