Farrah Abraham's gonna hit it and quit it with her Hollywood Hills home.

The "Teen Mom" star is putting her pad up for sale in the next week ... just 3 months after buying it. She bought it for $845k back in April ... and will ask $950k.

She's barely going to make a profit, if at all, after plunking down about $100k for renovations. The 2,700 square foot townhouse now features a bunch of upgrades -- like Wi-Fi enabled security cameras and new hardwood floors.

Why the quick sale? We're told the "I'm-no-porn-star" porno star is mostly living in Texas. Plus, she's focusing on other business outside of L.A. No, not that kinda biz.

She plans to work with 'Million Dollar Listing' stars Matt and Josh Altman -- a collaboration that, shockingly, will not be captured on camera.
