Trevone Boykin Cuts Sweet Deal in Bar Fight Case ... Gets Anger Management
Seattle Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin owes his lawyer a high five -- 'cause he just cut a great deal in his Alamo Bowl bar fight case ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Boykin was initially charged with misdemeanor assault with bodily injury for attacking a police officer during a very violent evening at a San Antonio bar on Dec. 31st ... days before he was set to lead TCU in the Alamo Bowl.
But according to the Bexar County Criminal D.A.'s office, prosecutors agreed to reduce the charge down to a simple resisting arrest -- and he won't serve a single day in jail.
Instead, he was sentenced to 1 year of deferred adjudication probation -- which means if he completes the terms of his probation, it won't stay on his record.
The terms -- he must attend alcohol awareness and anger management classes, pay a $1,500 fine, submit an apology letter to the arresting officer and complete 80 hours of community service.
Pretty good ... considering there are witnesses who say he ATTACKED A COP!!!
