Chris Pratt: Yeah, I Powerbombed My Wife ... But I'm a Legit Wrestler!

Chris Pratt ain't no punk -- dude can REALLY fight ... telling TMZ Sports he was a competitive wrestler for more than 10 YEARS before he became a world famous actor.

Pratt was telling us all about the powerbomb lesson he got from his "Guardians of the Galaxy" co-star Dave Bautista (the video below is awesome) ... when he told us he can hold his own on the mat.

"I wrestled for 12 years," Pratt said ... "amateur wrestling, like high school-style wrestling."

Still, Chris says Bautista's the expert when it comes to fighting -- competing (and winning) in a real MMA bout after his WWE career was over.

That being said, you gotta watch Dave teaching Chris proper powerbomb techniques on his wife Anna Faris ... quality stuff.
