Brooke Shields: Stalker Gets 2 Months in Jail

Brooke Shields got justice after a judge ordered her stalker behind bars for 60 days.

Shields was not in court for Friday's hearing in NYC ... where the judge found John Rinaldi guilty of stalking and sentenced him to stay away from Brooke, her family and her Greenwich Village home.

Brooke testified Monday and Tuesday, and recalled frightening encounters with Rinaldi ... including the time he tried to hand her a gift for her daughter.
