Arquette's pad in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood was listed for $8.495 million. The place was built in 1908, but it's since been renovated and updated.

The English craftsman is huge ... 7 bedroom, 8 baths and just under 10k square feet. The lawn's also big, thus the landscaper suggestion. Not only is there a pool out back, there's a meditation pond.
