Trey Songz Throws $80k Pool Party ... I See You, Drake!

Trey Songz got tired of watching Drake have all the fun, and put together a rival poolside turn up.

The singer spent $25k to rent a MASSIVE 23,000 square foot home Sunday in McLean, Virginia -- just outside DC -- and the guest list was 700 deep, including Kevin Durant and a bunch of Washington Redskins players.

Check out this video from inside the event -- Trey was nice enough to introduce a chick to the pool. He teamed up with DC promoter Bobby Patterson to pull it off and dropped another $50k just for the open bar. Food? A mere $8k.

Despite hiring 30 security guards, chick fights still broke out. See? Just like Drake's pool party.
