Kim Zolciak: Our Daughter Got Good Vibrations from a Shock Collar

Kim Zolciak is trying to stem the tide of outrage ... insisting she did not use a dog collar to shock her daughter.

Kim posted a video showing 14-year-old Ariana unbuckling the shock collar around the family dog's neck, and putting it around her own.

The collar emits shock waves when it's activated by a button, which hubby Kroy had in his hand. Kroy was pushing away and Ariana reacted, but Kim insists the collar was at such a low level it was merely a vibration and not a shock.
