So Nate Diaz has an N-word pass.
The UFC star was rollin' into Bootsy Bellows nightclub last night ... when he used the word (with an "a" not the "er") during a friendly exchange with a photog.
Didn't seem like he was using the word in a racial way ... and nobody (including the black people at the club) got bent out of shape.
