Michael Lohan Puts a Plug in It

Micheal Lohan's head looked like a lunar nightmare after getting hair plugs, but in the end it actually took pretty well.

The post-surgery results are scary ... it looks like the Moon or Mars with a ring of hair.

Fact is ... the surgery was performed three weeks ago and it's growing in pretty nicely.

Michael didn't like the way he looked, and says two of his kids are about to tie the knot so he wanted to look good for the weddings.
