The former "Desperate Housewives" star raked in $2,724,650 for the 3 bedroom, 3 bath pad ... which sits on one acre and features a chef's kitchen, walk-in closets, sauna and massive pool.
Nicollette -- who bought the home in the mid '90s -- listed it in October for $2.95 mil with David Parnes of The Agency.
It's a sweet location, but the buyer might have to drop a few bucks to upgrade the '90s look.
