Sorta like Jay Z said it -- Hailey Baldwin's got the hottest rapper in the game wearing her chain ... after just one night out on the town.
We noticed when Drake left their date at The Nice Guy Tuesday night he was wearing a gold chain with a gothic 'h' -- which Hailey happened to wear the month before.
Coincidence? We can't think Drake would be wearing an 'h' monogram. Especially since multiple reports say they were really tight on Monday during his huge pool party.
