Tyra Banks Selling Fierce Bev Hills Pad For $6.5 MIllion
Tyra Banks is slashing the price of her Beverly Hills home by a cool million after not being able to sell the place for months.
The former "America's Next Top Model" host is selling her Spanish-style mansion for $6.5 million. It's been on the market since September, when she listed it for $7.75 mil. It's not a huge loss, considering she bought the pad for only $3 million.
Tyra's expanded the family so maybe she's looking for a bigger pad -- although this one has 4 bedrooms and 7 baths.
There's also a pool and one of those garages that's been converted into a gym, plus lots of outdoor nooks with fountains for entertaining. Surprisingly, no catwalk.
