Britney Spears didn't hit too much traffic Memorial Day weekend because she spent it in a very affordable and reasonably priced Malibu beachfront crib.

Britney stayed at an ultra-modern, secluded pad just on the other side of the Santa Monica Mountains from her Thousand Oaks home. We're told the going rate per night on Airbnb is only $8,000. See, affordable ... for Brit, but she didn't have to pay because they hooked it up.

The property looks amazing ... two open-air buildings plus a pool directly on the beach. Best of all, the 5-bedroom estate is ultra secluded.

Perfect for a little R&R ... when you have 9 and 10-year-old boys bringing over friends.
