Mariah Carey: Butter Up the Rolls ... Maybe for My Wedding!

Mariah Carey spoiled her taste buds with some fresh sea grub that could end up on a super exclusive menu -- the one for her wedding to James Packer.

Mimi and a couple friends stopped by Cousins Maine Lobster in West Hollywood, where she indulged on a lobster roll and lobster martini ... served in a martini glass and garnished with an olive, lemon and butter.

Mariah must be a BIG "Shark Tank" fan 'cause she totally recognized owners, Jim and Sabin, who were on the show in 2012. Not only did she tip VERY generously ... we're told she loved the food so much she got their info for a potential catering gig in the future.

Hmmm ... not like she has much planned for this summer.
