Another off-season, another lavish yacht vacation for Dwyane Wade ... this time, he's off the coast of Monaco with Chris Bosh and Lewis Hamilton -- livin' it up.

Hamilton actually has a race coming up on Sunday -- the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix. But before he hits the track, why not kick back and relax on a boat with 2 of the best basketball players in the world?

By the way, before the gang got to Monaco -- they were hanging in St. Tropez ... and took an Uber helicopter to get to the next destination. Baller.

The yacht trip has become a pretty regular thing for Wade -- last year, he set sail in the Bahamas with Chris Paul and LeBron ... and famously posed for that legendary banana boat pic.

Obviously, LeBron was unavailable for the yacht trip this year ... y'know, playoffs and such.
