Todd Tucker presented his 'RHOA' wife with a $20k diamond encrusted Rolex. And that was just the beginning ... Todd shut down the ritzy DS17 Lounge for a surprise party with family and friends, including reality stars Tiny Harris, Toya Wright and the cast of 'Love & Hip Hop' and 'RHOA.'

We're told Todd's also taking Kandi and her family and friends down to the Bahamas.
