Justin Bieber: No More Pics With Fans ... 'I Feel Like A Zoo Animal'

Justin Bieber and the Siberian tiger at your local zoo have something in common ... they both want you to stop taking their picture.

The Biebs just posted an APB saying he doesn't owe his fans anything ... especially a duty to stand there while they photograph him. Bieber says, "I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity."

Justin says people try badgering him into taking photos, saying, "but I bought ur album." His response ... "you got what you paid for ... AN ALBUM! It doesn't say in fine print whenever you see me you also get a photo."

Bieber seems to be in crisis ... he was walking around a Boston shoeless Monday, playing with squirrels in a park. People were swarming him in the park, and he couldn't handle it.
