Kylie Jenner: Re-Enters Tattoo Danger Zone

Kylie Jenner is a little slow on the uptake, and so are the tattoo artists who let her turn the tables.

Kylie was at West 4 Tattoo in NYC Saturday night for a little ink, when she returned the favor on the tattoo artist.

As we reported, she did this once before in NYC, and the NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene jumped on the case, warning the parlor not to let unlicensed people handle the tattoo gun.

Lesson not learned.
