Matt McGorry Says White Women Can't Complain ... Black Women Can

"Orange Is the New Black" star Matt McGorry gives Beyonce a pass for her slang term describing white women, because he doesn't think there's such a thing as reverse racism.

Matt, who also stars in "How to Get Away with Murder," was leaving 'The Nightly Show' Tuesday in NYC when our photog asked if he had problems with Bey referring to white chicks as "Beckys."
