Johnny Manziel Hits Bieber Concert In CLE ... Hours After Grand Jury Indictment

Johnny Manziel wouldn't let a domestic violence charge keep him from partying with Justin Bieber Tuesday night ... with the QB catching a flight to Cleveland to see the singer in concert.

Manziel hit up Bieber's "Purpose" world tour at the Quicken Loans Arena last night -- hanging out with Cleveland Browns superstar cornerback Joe Haden.

At some point during the night, Manziel got face-to-face with his old pal Bieber -- and posed for a pic together.

The whole thing is bizarre considering a jury had just officially indicted Manziel for assault earlier in the day ... stemming from an alleged violent incident with his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley.
