If Jim Harbaugh ever wants to trap straight out da bando he's got a green light ... 'cause Atlanta street rap sensations Migos say Harbaugh is 100% hood certified.

We got Migos -- including Offset (ayeee) -- at LAX and had to ask about the status of Harbaugh's hood pass.

Harbaugh's practically the 4th member of Migos at this point -- the guys came up to visit with Jim at Michigan signing day. And more turn up happened when Jim showed up at a recent Migos show in Ann Arbor ... and dabbed.

Check out the clip -- the guys say Jim is basically Gucci Mane at this point ... meaning he could walk down the street in Atlanta draped in the whole crew's jewelry ... and he'd be totally fine.
