Former "Bachelorette" star Andi Dorfman has a law degree and presumably a sizable student loan nut to crack ... which made her new career turn a tad puzzling.

Andi has moved on from posing questions to posing ... on a NYC rooftop for a bikini line.

Andi left her job as a prosecutor for a turn on the 'Bachelor' and later the 'Bachlorette,' but had begged her bosses for her job back after the shows wrapped.
