Boston Bombing Survivor: Running Marathon to Stick It to Terrorists
Boston Bombing Survivor Running Marathon To Stick It to Terrorists
This is awesome.
The blonde badass who lost her leg in the '13 Boston Marathon attacks is just weeks from running in the 2016 race ... and says she's ready to show the world those cowards couldn't break her spirit.
Adrianne Haslet-Davis joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs tonight on FS1) -- to talk about her intense training regimen ... which includes grueling beach runs.
Seriously, this woman is amazing.
When asked about what motivates her to cross that line after 26.2 miles, Adrianne told us ... "I'm running for those who can't run and those that are being attacked ruthlessly by these cowards and I'm really happy to be doing that."
She's also raising money for the Limbs For Life foundation -- which helps provide prosthetic care for people who can't afford it.
You gotta watch the ENTIRE incredible interview on FS1 tonight -- Adrianne also reveals what she plans on doing the minute she crosses that finish line on April 18th.
