'Couples Therapy' Star: I Can Help Dante Fowler

A celebrity doctor who's famously treated tons of Hollywood stars has a message for embattled NFL defensive end Dante Fowler -- CALL ME, I CAN HELP YOU!!!!

We spoke with "Couples Therapy" star Dr. Jenn Mann who says she was very disturbed by the baby mama fight video ... and says she deeply wants to help Fowler and the two women get their lives in order.

"I would like to see this guy get some help and get some therapy to feel good about himself without women giving him this kind of bizarre attention."

Mann -- a licensed psychotherapist and sports psychologist -- says she would gladly offer her services to all three people involved ... saying it's important for everyone to understand that fighting in a hallway is NOT the answer to family conflicts.
