AnnaLynne McCord, a victim of sexual assault says she stands with Kesha and can tell every accusation Kesha's made about Dr. Luke is legit.

McCord is set to appear on this week's episode of "Allegedly" with Matt Weiss and Theo Von where she opens up about the Kesha case. McCord, who's been open about her past assault says she can easily tell when someone makes false accusations ... she says Kesha's not in that category.
