Mandy Moore Scary Guy Arrested At Singer's Home For Felony Stalking
A man was arrested for felony stalking Friday after ranting and raving at Mandy Moore's Hollywood home ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement tells us the guy was trying to leave some notes at her doorstep and was screaming and swearing. Mandy, who was home at the time, called the police.
We're told it's the second time in 3 days the guy showed up at her home, doing the same thing. When he showed up the first time Mandy called the cops and filed a police report, but he was not arrested.
Our law enforcement sources say the guy -- in his 40's -- seems to have some sort of mental illness, and it's very possible they will try to get him involuntarily committed. But for now, he sits in jail on felony stalking charges.
