Taryn Manning: Accuser is a No-Show in TRO Hearing ... Case Dismissed

Taryn Manning's latest legal showdown with her ex-friend and makeup artist came to an abrupt ending in an L.A. courtroom.

Taryn's accuser, Holly Hartman, did not show up for Tuesday's hearing where she was attempting to get a restraining order against Taryn -- so the judge dismissed the case.

Hartman had claimed the "Orange is the New Black" star brutally attacked her last year in New York City. Taryn denies the attack, saying she's actually the victim and is strongly considering legal action against Hartman.
