The place, which is on the market for $4.6 million, is being sold by celeb real estate agent Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency -- but Joe's not buying ... he'll only be in it for a bit ... for $40,000 a month! The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is the perfect bachelor pad -- spectacular city views, a circular drawing room, pool, and awesome cliffside lawn.

Yeah, Joe's new band DNCE is doing THAT well.
