Kate del Castillo has resurfaced after Sean Penn's Rolling Stone article ... but apparently there's still a fear factor.
Kate and her good pal, KABC talk show host Jillian Barberie, were all about Mexican food Saturday night, chowing down at the iconic El Coyote restaurant in L.A.
Jillian did the talking, and with good reason. Kate is under investigation in Mexico for money laundering and some think her safety may be in jeopardy.
