Joseline Hernandez is adamant ... she never touched her estranged husband Stevie J's stuff and she's still totally in love with him.

Joseline was leaving the Traxx Girls Party in Atlanta Friday night when a photog asked her about the alleged incident. It's pretty clear, Joseline's steering clear of any of the blame, but doesn't seem to fess up to what actually went down between the two.

TMZ broke the story -- Stevie J claims Hernandez went ballistic -- destroying and bleaching more than $65k worth of his belongings in a jealous rage.

Sounds like this is a mess even bleach is gonna have a hard time cleaning up.
