Looks like a Super Bowl champ might be getting Cookie's nookie -- 'cause "Empire" star Taraji P. Henson was spotted on a romantic stroll down in Miami ... with NFL player Kelvin Hayden.

The couple seems to be going public with their relationship ... being snapped by photogs holding hands and looking very much into each other.

Hayden helped secure a ring for the Colts in 2007 -- with a 56-yard INT return for a TD -- but lets be honest ... THIS is his biggest victory yet.
