Bill Cosby: Sammy Davis' Ex-GF Sues ... Cosby Raped Me

The ex-girlfriend of Sammy Davis Jr. has just sued Bill Cosby, claiming he raped her over dinner.

Katherine McKee says in 1971, she appeared on "The Bill Cosby Show," where she developed a friendship with the star. Their scene together on the episode below starts at around 7:20.

McKee says in 1974, he invited her to his Detroit hotel room, telling her to get some ribs and go to his hotel room. When she arrived, she claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he greeted her in a bathrobe and in short order he grabbed the ribs, threw them aside and then attacked her.

McKee says he pulled down her panties and raped her as they stood by the door.

The actress told the New York Daily News about the incident in 2014, and Cosby's lawyer promptly labeled her a liar.

The statute of limitations has long since passed on the rape allegation, so she's suing for defamation.
