NFL superstar Jason Pierre-Paul says his Madden days are OVER -- since you can't play the video game without an index finger -- but not to worry, since he's killing it in real life.

TMZ Sports spoke with the NY Giants superstar the night after he recorded his first sack of the season on Sunday ... and despite his injury, JPP says he feels like he's in his football prime!!!
