Scott Disick Looks Clearheaded After Rehab

Scott Disick is looking like the picture of health after his rehab stint.

Scott was hanging in Malibu Wednesday with a friend and then went low-riding in his buddy's car as they drove to a car dealership in the San Fernando Valley.

Scott was off the rails before entering rehab a month ago. We're told one of the reasons for entering a treatment program -- Kourtney threatened to go to court and curb his access to their kids if he didn't clean up his act.

Apparently, he got the message ... hopefully, it will stick.
