T.I. -- Oprah Knows I'm Not Sexist!!!

T.I. didn't mean to be sexist when he said women weren't fit to be president ... he was just engaged in what he's now calling "barbershop talk" delivered for shock value.

Tip made another attempt at an apology for the comments that caught him flak -- even from Oprah.

The rapper goes down the line ... first saying sorry to his mama, his baby mama, his daughters and then, well, basically women everywhere for what he says was just a joke in poor taste about a stereotype.

As for Oprah ... T.I.'s got reason to believe they're still cool.
