Lamar Odom Footage of NBA Training ... Before Brothel Emergency
Lamar Odom was VERY serious about a return to the NBA -- and in video recorded sessions with his trainer from over the summer, you can see L.O. was busting his ass in the gym to try to make it happen.
As we previously reported, Odom hooked up with Fareed Samad -- a trainer he met through pro boxer Zab Judah.
The two trained all summer long at all hours of the day and night ... sometimes twice a day ... doing everything from boxing conditioning to ab work ... treadmill sessions and more.
You can see in the footage ... Odom seemed focused and motivated -- with his trainer constantly reminding him about his goal -- "On the road to the NBA."
