Akon is scoffing at the notion Justin Bieber chugged booze an very possibly smoke a joint onstage this week because of a dare.
As we reported, Justin chugged from a Hennessy bottle and grabbed a blunt during a performance with Rae Sremmurd in New Zealand. We're told Bieber claimed to have done it on a dare.
