Justin Bieber's promotional tour touched down in Amsterdam, and you know what that means ... he HAD to score some coffee -- and by that, we mean marijuana.

Now, we don't know if Biebs indulged or inhaled, but he and DJ Martin Garrix hit up the Greenhouse Coffee Shop where menu highlights include: New York Diesel, Train Wreck, Super Silver Haze, El Nino, Temple Balls, and to wipe your mind clean on the way out -- Amnesia Haze.
