Taylor Swift just got an offer from THE Ohio State University to go on a dinner date with star running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Taylor is performing Thursday night in Columbus, and Elliott went all carpe diem and tweeted Swift ... "I see your in town tonight want to grab something to eat after their concert ? Hyde Park tonight?"
