Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s got wedding bells ringing all around him these days, but the NASCAR superstar's hardly diving in when it comes to planning his own.

Junior talked nuptial stuff with us outside "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" -- the surprise marriage proposal that went down right in front of him last weekend in Richmond ... and his own engagement to Amy Reimann.
