Taylor Swift -- Concertgoers Targeted By Vandals

Street criminals had their eyes on people who jammed into Minute Maid Park in Houston Wednesday to see Taylor Swift ... and when everyone was tucked inside the bad guys went to work ... vandalizing cars.

The vandals hit at least 10 cars, breaking windows and stealing contents such as laptops.

It was the paradigm "insult to injury" ... parking cost upwards of $80 for the event.
